APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Entrepreneurs wishing to present at a Seraph Meeting should send an email to seraph-info@seraphcapital.com with the following information:
- Executive Summary of no more than 6 pages.
- Financial Summary including the amount of capital sought.
The information contained within the Executive Summary should include:
- Company Description
- Product and/or Service Description
- Market Overview
- Marketing Strategy
- Competitive Landscape
- Key Milestones
- Management Team
- Offering Details
- Exit Strategy
Complete submissions received two weeks prior each regularly scheduled luncheon meeting will be considered.
SCREENING COMMITTEE SELECTION
Complete submissions will be reviewed two weeks prior to each meeting date by the Screening Committee. The If your company is chosen to present, you will be contacted via telephone and email the week prior to the general meeting to schedule your Coaching Session.
The Seraph Screening Committee utilizes the following criteria when selecting companies to present.
10- MINUTE PITCH
The format of the Seraph Capital meeting allows 15 minutes for each presentation (10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers). Presenters will not be allowed to exceed their time allowance. A projection system and microphone will be available. Presenters will need to provide their own laptop. Plan on a dry-run of your presentation at the Coaching session and plan on arriving at the meeting by 11:00 to set up your materials and presentation.
COACHING SESSION COMPLETION
Presenters must be available for a mandatory, 45-minute coaching session on the Friday prior to the luncheon date. Please be prepared to give your presentation to our coaching committee at this time. Coaching sessions are provided as a service to our presenters and are generally scheduled between 8am and 12 noon. Company presentation may be postponed to a later meeting if the Coaching Committee determines they are not ready to present.
FEES AND HARD COPIES
Please bring 25 copies of the executive summary and give them to the Seraph Capital representative at the registration desk. These will be made available to our members on the day of the meeting. Also bring 10 copies of your business plan to give to interested investors.
The presentation fee is $150.00 payable to Seraph Capital Forum. Please pay at the registration desk upon arrival. You are welcome to bring another person from your team and join us for lunch. Additional guests may attend at the cost of $30.00 each.
