OVERVIEW

Seraph Capital provides a forum for matching investors with early-stage opportunities. Members meet regularly to hear relevant speakers and review angel opportunities over lunch. Presenters lunch with Seraph Members and have 10 minutes to present their opportunity during the general membership meeting. Seraph members then determine their interest in the opportunity and then individually schedule follow up meetings for additional information.

Entrepreneurs seeking angel capital and interested in presenting at one of the regular luncheon meetings are invited to submit through AngelSoft. There is no fee to submit. Submissions will be reviewed by a screening committee three weeks prior to each scheduled meeting. Companies selected to present at a Seraph Luncheon must be available for a mandatory coaching session on the Friday prior to the luncheon.

Generally, the group is partial to companies that reside in the Northwest portion of the United States, but broad and diverse set of organizations are of interest.
